I made this wine in Aug 05, I was a little disappointed at first because it had a juice-like taste and did not seem to be too alcoholic. It is now about 7months later and upon trying another bottle I was still a little disappointed with the taste. It seems to be a very light alcohol wine. I did discover that if you allow the wine to breath and chill it for a day that it was much better. Overall, in my opinion, if you are looking for a wine that is kind of light and fruity then this would be a good option. For a more fullbodied, heavier wine, I would suggest choosing something else.
