Have brewed the following from BB: American Cream Ale, Cervesa XX, Octoberfest, and Enlgish pale ale. The kit instructions are generally generic, but reading through twice before you start will insure a successful brew. The kits produce much better brew then the big name brews and are on par of better than many of the micro brews. Good kit for the starter, or someone that doesn't want to figure it all out.
